Art. 1 — Owner and scope

1.1 The website https://one.vi.it (the "Website") is owned by ONE S.r.l. Unipersonale, registered office at Via C. Colombo, 94, 36061 Bassano del Grappa (VI), Italy, VAT No. IT 03741450245, REA VI-350151, e-mail contact@one.vi.it, certified e-mail (PEC) one.bassano@legalmail.it (the "Owner").

1.2 The Website is intended solely to provide information about the Owner's business and products. It does not constitute a public offer under Art. 1336 of the Italian Civil Code and does not allow the conclusion of contracts online.

1.3 By accessing the Website, the user accepts these terms. The Owner may amend them at any time; amendments take effect upon publication and the current version bears the date shown at the top of this page.

Art. 2 — Intellectual property

2.1 All content on the Website — text, images, photographs, technical data sheets, graphics, layout and source code — is the property of the Owner or of third parties who have licensed its use, and is protected under Italian Law No. 633 of 22 April 1941.

2.2 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, reproduction, distribution, public communication and any other use of the Website content, in whole or in part, is prohibited.

2.3 Trademarks and other distinctive signs displayed on the Website may not be used without the prior written consent of their respective owners.

Art. 3 — Permitted use

3.1 The user agrees to use the Website in compliance with applicable law and these terms, and to refrain from any conduct that may cause damage to the Owner or to third parties.

3.2 Systematic extraction or reuse of Website content by automated means (scraping, crawling, spidering) is prohibited without written authorisation. Indexing by search engines in compliance with the robots.txt file is permitted.

3.3 The Owner reserves the right to block access to the Website in the event of a breach of this article.

Art. 4 — Published information

4.1 Technical information published on the Website — alloy compositions, tolerances, dimensional and performance characteristics of semi-finished products — is provided for indicative purposes only and refers to standard processing conditions.

4.2 Binding specifications are exclusively those agreed in writing in the order confirmation or in the applicable contractual documentation, which prevail over any information published on the Website.

Art. 5 — Confidentiality of communications

5.1 Technical, commercial and project-related information transmitted by the user to the Owner via the contact details published on the Website — including product specifications, drawings, tender documents and supply conditions — is treated as confidential information.

5.2 The Owner uses such information solely to evaluate the user's enquiry, provide a response and perform any resulting commercial relationship. The Owner does not publish, disclose or communicate it to third parties, except:

with the user's prior written consent;
to the Owner's employees, advisors or suppliers bound by a duty of confidentiality, to the extent strictly necessary;
as required by law or by a competent authority.

5.3 This article does not replace any confidentiality agreements separately entered into between the parties, which shall prevail in the event of conflict.

5.4 Users are advised not to transmit by e-mail information subject to secrecy obligations or export control restrictions, and to agree with the Owner on an appropriate communication channel beforehand.

Art. 6 — Links to third-party websites

The Website contains links to websites operated by third parties. The Owner exercises no control over linked websites and accepts no responsibility for their content or data-processing practices.

Art. 7 — Limitation of liability

7.1 The Owner takes reasonable measures to ensure the availability and security of the Website but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

7.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Owner shall not be liable for damages arising from temporary unavailability of the Website, network failures or the use of published information in a manner inconsistent with Art. 4.

7.3 The limitations above do not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, personal injury, or where the law does not permit exclusion or limitation of liability. The mandatory rights of consumers remain unaffected.

Art. 8 — Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy. The use of cookies is described in the cookie policy.

Art. 9 — Governing law and jurisdiction

9.1 These terms are governed by Italian law.

9.2 The courts of Vicenza, Italy, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If the user qualifies as a consumer under Art. 3 of the Italian Consumer Code, jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of the consumer's place of residence or elected domicile.
